Job Deliverables for Part-Time Project Manager
- Phone Call Management & Client Intake Process
- Answer and handle incoming customer service calls from potential clients, ensuring all intake processes are initiated smoothly.
- Make outgoing calls to clients or potential leads, following up on inquiries or opportunities.
- Prioritize and manage phone communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruitment & Interview Coordination
- Reach out to Real Estate (RE) agents from the WiseHire platform to schedule interviews with Jamie, working through the backlog of 100+ resumes.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with candidates during the recruitment process.
- Oversee the movement of candidates through all stages of the hiring process, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently.
- Resume Review & Applicant Communication
- Review resumes collected from the WiseHire platform and assess candidates for next steps.
- Communicate with applicants regarding their status, next steps, and provide feedback as necessary.
- Training Support for Real Estate Agents
- Assist in training new RE agents on using scripts/role-play exercises to improve their sales conversations.
-Provide training on essential tools and platforms, such as DocuSign, ensuring agents can use them effectively in their daily tasks.
-Tracking RE Agent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
-Track and monitor the KPIs of RE agents, ensuring that their progress aligns with business goals.
-Report on performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
-SOP Development & Implementation
- Assist in the creation and implementation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various business functions.
-Ensure all processes are documented and adhered to across teams.
-Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
-Schedule meetings and appointments for key tea
-Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared for meetings.
-Lead Tracker Updates
-Regularly update and maintain the Lead Tracker with accurate and current information.
-Ensure that all relevant details about clients and leads are up-to-date.
-Dashboard Management & Coordination
-Manage the project dashboard to monitor key metrics, project progress, and coordination tasks.
-Ensure timely updates to databases and call logs, tracking all communication and project status.
RATE : $8 per hour, following US Timezones
