ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented Visual Quality Inspector to join our team and help maintain the high standards Clique Creative is known for. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of property imagery, enhancing property visuals to attract potential buyers, renters, and clients.

You’ll work closely with our Photography Coordinator, to conduct quality checks, manage editing processes, and support our internal and external editing teams. This position also involves photo editing, providing constructive feedback, and delivering training to uphold Clique Creative’s editing standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quality Assurance & Editing:
Conduct daily quality checks on property and aerial photographs.
Ensure edits meet Clique Creative’s standards and client expectations.
Provide feedback to external editing companies, ensuring consistent quality.
Report daily on changes made to images.
Identify and document issues in photographers' techniques and editor errors.

2. Photo Editing:
Edit and retouch property photos, including daylight and twilight images.
Perform color correction, sky replacements, and object removals.
Use advanced techniques like flambient editing for superior quality.
Optionally, perform virtual staging by adding furniture and décor.

3. Feedback and Improvement:
Monitor and assess the performance of editors, providing actionable feedback.

4. Training and Onboarding:
Manage the onboarding process for new editors.
Host training sessions to ensure adherence to Clique Creative’s standards.

5. Collaboration and File Management:
Work closely with the Photography Coordinator to meet project requirements.
Organize and manage photo files in Google Drive for accessibility.

6. Stay Updated:
Keep up-to-date with photo editing software, techniques, and real estate photography trends.

7. General Responsibilities:
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Promote Clique Creative’s policies and standards.
Be proactive in continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Experience in photo editing and quality control.
Excellent English, communication skills for providing feedback and collaborating with teams.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing tools.
Knowledge of flambient editing, sky replacements, and virtual staging is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to manage files effectively using Google Drive.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
As this is a remote role, applicants must have access to their own reliable computer and high-speed internet connection capable of handling high-resolution photo editing software and file transfers.
