Real Estate Photo Editor (HDR & Bracketed Photos) + Real Estate Video Editor

Hello, I am looking for a REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO EDITOR

The hours I will be requiring for you to work would be around 15-20 hours of your time weekly, this may fluctuate depending on the workload I have. There is also an opportunity for you to work full time as the company grows! As of now, we are on track for steady growth so if you are looking for a part time position and possibly a full time, long term position in the future (1-2 years) then this might be right for you. Position comes with bonuses and equipment incentives.

Most of the work you will be doing is editing real estate photos, videos, reels and short form content.

My only technical requirement is for the candidate to have a strong internet and a pretty good PC as all of my videos are in 4K ultra HD (Videos filmed in SONY A7Siii)+

-Ability to use Lightroom to edit real estate photos
-Knowledge and experience in blending Bracketed and HDR photos is preferred.
-Attention to detail when editing colors in HDR real estate photos
-Fast Turnaround time for editing real estate photos and videos (24 hours), other videos can be turned around within 2-4 days or depending on the project deadline
-Editing Instagram Reels with raw video content

The PC Specs are not necessary for you to have, as long as your computer can easily handle 4k footage, then that is fine. Videos can be rendered too via Media Encoder for easy playback.
