Real Estate Photo Editor

We are a growing real estate photography and videography business seeking a skilled Real Estate Photo Editor to join our team on a freelance basis. We’re looking for an editor who can consistently deliver high-quality, flambient-style real estate photos with a polished, vibrant, and sharp look.

What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to replicate and match our photo editing style, as shown in this sample folder: Upgrade to see actual info
- Expertise in dusk conversions with a clean, cool sky (no day edit needed unless specified).
- Strong attention to detail and experience in HDR and flambient-style photo editing.
- Consistency in meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Typical Workflow & Expectations:
- Photo Uploads: Photos are shared via Google Drive between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (PH Time). We’ll notify you if a specific upload time is requested.

Editing Assignments:
- Typical orders consist of dusk conversions (front and back shots), interior photos, and exterior photos.
- Editing work is often split between editors, with one editor handling dusk conversions and another managing interiors/exteriors. Occasionally, one editor may be required to handle an entire order.
- Submission Deadline: Orders must be delivered by 8:00 PM PH time on the same day, unless specified otherwise.

Mandatory Edits (Included at No Additional Charge):
- Cord removal (TV cords, fan cords, appliance cords)
- Small object removal (for non-detailed backgrounds)
- Dust spot removal
- Photographer and tripod reflection removal
- Matte gradient over TV and computer screens to reduce glare and improve aesthetics.
- For media rooms, add a frame of the Disney castle over the screen.
- For projector screens, ensure the image looks natural and appears as a realistic projection.

File Specifications:
- Export photos at 6000x4000 resolution at 300 dpi

What You’ll Need:
- A capable setup (PC/laptop) to handle RAW files and manage multiple photos efficiently.
- Experience working with RAW HDR and flambient photos.
- Familiarity with Google Drive for file sharing and photo management.
