JOB OVERVIEW

Unicorn Role Overview:

We’re looking for a strategic, systems-savvy Real Estate Operations & Systems Specialist to optimize workflows, integrate platforms, and ensure seamless operations across two dynamic businesses. This Unicorn will split their time between a high-ticket real estate client of the client and client's own company, ensuring both run efficiently with well-structured processes, organized data, and top-tier client experiences. If you have a strong background in real estate operations, accounting, platform integrations, and workflow optimization, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Workflow Optimization
Assess current business processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
Develop and implement streamlined workflows to improve overall productivity.
Maintain and optimize business platforms, ensuring all systems integrate seamlessly.
Organize Google Drive according to preferred business practices for easy access and efficiency.


Platform Implementation & Integration
Evaluate, select, and implement tools that enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure all platforms and software communicate effectively, minimizing disruptions.
Manage and maintain integrations between accounting, CRM, and other operational tools.


Accounting & Financial Support
Support financial processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Assist with financial tracking and reporting to maintain transparency and efficiency.


Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Conduct routine client check-ins via email to ensure they feel supported.
Proactively address client needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
Serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries, ensuring seamless communication.

Tools:
Real Estate Platforms (CRMs, accounting software, transaction management tools, etc.)
Platform Integration tools both built-in and through Zapier
Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in real estate operations, business systems management, or accounting
Strong understanding of real estate platforms (CRMs, accounting software, transaction management tools, etc.)
Experience with platform integrations and workflow automation
Excellent communication and client management skills
Proficiency in Google Drive organization, workflow documentation, and process optimization
