Real Estate Media - Quality Control & Project Manager

Job Description:

Knox View Media LLC, a real estate media company based in Knoxville, Tennessee, is
seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Manager Virtual Assistant to join our
team. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality deliverables, maintaining client
satisfaction, and streamlining our operations. We are looking for someone eager to grow

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage Quality Control and Deliverables
- Master the Spiro Portal to manage project workflows.
- Oversee the quality and timely delivery of photos, floor plans, 3D tours
- Identify and document errors in photo editing
- Manage project files to ensure all project files are accurate and named properly
- Communication with the photo editing team on revision requests

2. Floor Plans & 3D Tours Management
- Manage and update Cubi Casa floor plans
- Oversee Matterport and Zillow 3D tours
- Ensure Floor Plans & 3D Tours are properly placed on the property website

Ad Hoc Projects:
- Reminders for Client Touch Points
- Schedule and Post to Social Media
- Social Media Engagement
- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Metrics & Reporting


Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills (primary communication through
Slack).
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow with the company.
- Experience in customer service and client-facing roles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting.
