JOB OVERVIEW

Must work hours in Pacific Time Zone. You will coordinate and assist with the execution of the marketing calendar and related activities. Your work will be a critical factor for the smoother operation and attainment of the department goals, as well as for the long -term growth of the company. The marketing specialist will perform various duties to include but not limited to:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support Team Leader/Manager/Admin Team in organizing various projects
• Conduct market research as needed and gather client testimonials for video and other distribution sources
• Provide marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data and trends. (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Update and maintain marketing spreadsheets and databases with statistical information
• Assist in the organizing of promotional customer events, seller workshops, etc.
• Assist Team Leader/Manager in creating and posting online content on the company’s website, social media accounts and blog
• Writing marketing literature and online content to augment the company’s presence in the market
• Production of marketing materials and literature
• Prepare letters, postcards and related mailers by formatting content/graphics and coordinating design and print production resources.
• Coordinate the production of a wide range of marketing communications and related activities

• Experience in marketing/social media accounts
• Good understanding of marketing principles
• Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a high attention to details and timelines in a fast-paced work environment
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, various social media platforms, marketing software and online applications (CRM tools, online/social media analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Education in the field of marketing
• Shows initiative to handle tasks quickly and efficiently
