JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads and book initial meetings with the sales team, utilizing outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and texts.
Use marketing campaigns to nurture leads, maintain ongoing communication, and ensure consistent follow-up to maximize conversions.
Organize and compile detailed property information, including highlighting key selling points and advantages, and create compelling marketing content.
Distribute property information via email and other promotional channels to potential buyers, agents, and investors.
Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and perform in-depth property research to support pricing and marketing strategies.
Proactively reach out to surrounding agents, investors, and other key contacts through calls, emails, and other outreach methods to promote and dispose of properties.
Coordinate showing appointments for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, vendors, agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the sales process.
Input and update all client and property information into the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies, helping to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage inquiries from potential clients and leads, ensuring timely follow-up and a positive experience.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with modern CRM systems and lead management tools.
Proficiency in email and text omni-channel marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of the U.S. real estate processes, particularly related to property disposition and sales.
Previous experience in real estate, especially in lead generation, property marketing, or sales support.
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong work ethic, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
Adaptability in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills, with a strong commitment to responsibilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently as well as in a team.
Ability to work US hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST), 5 days a week.
