Title of Position: Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Operations
As a Marketing & Listing Coordinator, your daily activities are varied within the context of supporting the team’s larger goals, strategies, and systems. This position will play a key part in generating and communicating the value we bring to our market.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with DOO and Agent to implement the team’s mission, strategic vision, operating principles, and culture
Supporting Agent Partners in all locations
Develop brand image, grow awareness and reach, enlarge the database, and increase client satisfaction, thus generating more leads and client referrals
Ensure unity of brand, messaging, and style across all communication mediums
Attract leads through marketing, nurture and funnel leads in CRM
Report key data weekly to team regarding growth, progress of marketing campaigns, leads, referrals, and ROI
Seek out and suggest methods for continued business and personal growth

Pre Listing:
? Create Listing/ Marketing Packets
? Send Welcome
? Coming Soon post (24hrs)
? Update Current listings sheet
? Schedule Photos
? Schedule Sign Install
? Input Listing in MLS
? Send links & photos to Marketing, Listing agent and client
Listed:
? Update current listings sheet
? Confirm open house time with clients
? Relay open house feedback to agent
? Help coordinate showings if needed
? Update MLS w/price drops and marketing changes
Pending:
? Upload all contracts/documentation and receipts into CRM
? Transaction Coordination
Closed:
? Updated current listings sheet
? Update CRM: Closing date, new address, Home anniversary smart plan, past
client tag
? Inform agent and DOO the transaction is closed
? Schedule sign removal
? Send review
Marketing:
? Social media management
? Open House, coming soon, sold graphics with Canva
? Social media videos and market updates
? Personalized team posts (work anniversaries, birthdays, team events, agent features, top producers, testimonials)
? Send Holiday cards/gifts
? Biweekly: testimonial Tuesdays

? Create Monthly “Things to Do in SA”
? Send
? Update listing packets and seller/buyer guides
? Monthly social media content for agents
? Google my Business Post
? Geo-Tagging post
Misc:
? Daily check-in with the agents
? Touch every file every day
? Create open house content
? Build/maintain positive relationships with allied resources
? Monitor
? Phone calls for Wizehire agent recruitment
? Schedule recruitment meetings
