Type of Work: Full-Time
Salary: Php 60,000 to Php 90,000 base + performance bonuses
Position Overview
We’re a fast-growing land investment company scaling to achieve ambitious goals, and we’re looking for a Lead Manager (Inside Sales Representative) to join our dynamic team. We call this a Relationship Manager. This role is for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, loves connecting with people, and is eager to play a critical role in managing warm leads, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth.
You’ll handle high-value transactions ranging from $150K to $500K, oversee a steady stream of fresh leads, and work closely with our acquisitions team to close deals. If you’re organized, results-driven, and ready to help us scale to 7-figures, we want you on our team! We deal with many broken people and we need you to be able to empathize.
Key Responsibilities
****Lead Engagement
Manage and follow up with 3–10 new warm leads daily.
There is some outbound prospecting to
Communicate with property owners through phone,
****Deal Structuring & Negotiation
Run property comps, analyze market data, and ensure deals align with company goals.
Use a structured sales process to qualify leads and book appointments for acquisitions.
****Relationship Building
Build rapport with sellers through consistent follow-up and exceptional communication.
Reengage prospects after offers to maintain strong relationships and close deals.
****Performance Tracking
Meet and exceed daily KPIs:
Conversations: 8+ per day.
Qualify Leads: 2–3 per day.
Appointments Booked: 2 per day.
Track your performance using tools like REISift and a dedicated phone dialer.
Requirements
****Experience
3+ years in outbound sales, real estate, or high-ticket sales.
Proven success managing high-value transactions or in wholesale real estate.
****Skills
Fluent in English with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and data tracking tools.
Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple relationships and tasks.
****Attributes
Motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
Thrives in fast-paced environments with a passion for growth and success.
Comfortable working with KPIs and owning metrics from day one.
