Real Estate Lead Manager

Looking to hire Lead Managers

Role: Lead managers specialize in acquiring new properties that can then be sold to other investors at a profit. This individual would be using our marketing and selling system to vet prospective sellers and qualify them. This is a long term, full time position.

You will be responsible for:
1) Reviewing and prioritizing call lists
2) Making outbound calls to connect with interested sellers
3) Qualifying opportunities
4) Managing a pipeline of prospective sellers
5) Submitting performance KPIs

Requirements:
At least 3 years in real estate
At least 2 year strong experience as a Lead Manager or Acquisition Manager
Must be result oriented, go getter and honest
