Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Acquisition Researcher & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching properties that align with our investment strategy and generating qualified leads through social media platforms and digital ads. You will play a key role in identifying off-market opportunities and assisting in building our acquisition pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential properties for acquisition, focusing on market trends, property values, and investment viability.
• Utilize data tools, MLS, public records, and other resources to build a pipeline of viable properties.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies via social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Track and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and engagement.
• Build relationships with brokers, property owners, and other key stakeholders to secure off-market leads.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to refine property criteria and adjust strategies based on market feedback.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, communications, and property status.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in property research, real estate acquisition, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising and social media platforms.
• Experience with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify investment opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
