Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle rejection, and a strong understanding of the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to generate leads for the real estate sales team
* Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing their level of interest, motivation, and readiness to engage with our services
* Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and follow-up efforts
* Provide accurate and timely information to leads about our company's offerings, services, and value proposition
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and facilitate the conversion process
* Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, communications, and outcomes in our CRM system
* Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and best practices in real estate lead generation
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in real estate lead generation or related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with leads and convey information clearly and persuasively
* Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and competitive environment
* Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Good understanding of the real estate industry, including market dynamics, terminology, and common practices
* Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
