Real Estate Investment Analyst
FUNCTIONS
1. Perform, present, and maintain market analysis at the State, County, MSA, City, Zip Code, and neighborhood level
2. Perform property analysis for single and multifamily properties based on public and seller-provided data
3. Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with property service providers in the target markets
4. Perform sensitivity analysis on property revenue and expense (including debt/equity) forecasts to identify terms that meet or exceed investment target returns
5. Develop investment prospectus for partners on target single and multifamily properties
6. Manage the property and portfolio for happy customers, partners, and providers
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
- Organized and experienced in financial modeling, spreadsheets, Google Workspaces: Sheets, Drive, Meetup, Docs, Voice, Slides; Accounting Basics
- Proficient with gathering data and turning it into actionable information: CSV/JSON, Databases, Zapier, ChatGPT, GIS/Map tools, CRM
- Fluent in English with great written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical problem solver who enjoys learning and teaching peers
- Able to identify tasks, processes, and opportunities for automation
- Able to work in the US time zones (Eastern, Central, Mountain & Pacific) at least 3 days per week which can change per demand and tasks
- High-speed internet and a professional work environment permitting business conversations/web meetings
