Position: Inside Sales Representative & Lead Management Specialist (Real Estate)
Location: [Remote Option]
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive base salary + commission struct
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Engage with incoming leads via phone,
CRM Management: Maintain, organize, and update leads in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, Zillow, etc.) to track interactions, progress, and follow-up needs.
Lead Nurturing: Effectively manage and nurture long-term leads, ensuring they stay engaged and are guided through the sales funnel.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with potential clients (buyers and sellers) for our agents, ensuring a smooth handoff and timely follow-up.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage all activities within the sales pipeline, keeping leads warm and pushing them forward in the sales process.
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound inquiries from prospects, providing property details, answering questions, and setting up consultations or property showings.
Collaborative Effort: Work closely with our real estate agents, marketing team, and operations staff to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and clients.
Reporting & Analytics: Regularly report on lead conversion metrics, sales pipeline status, and opportunities to the team lead or sales manager.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or real estate (sales experience preferred).
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools like Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other real estate platforms.
Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate process and terminology is a plus, though not required.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with clients and agents in a professional, friendly manner.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen ability to prioritize tasks, follow up, and manage multiple leads at once.
Sales Drive: Results-oriented with a strong passion for sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with real estate-specific tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with agents and other team members to achieve shared goals.
