Job Description: ISA (Inside Sales Agent)
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST (Part-time)
Key Performance Goals:
-Successfully set 2 appointments per week with qualified prospects.
-Make a minimum of 250 calls per day using a triple-line speed dialer.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Cold Calling:
-Contact seller leads daily to initiate conversations, build rapport, and qualify prospects.
-Handle new incoming leads promptly from the provided lead sources.
-Appointment Setting:
-Successfully book appointments with motivated sellers for the real estate agents.
-Ensure appointments meet quality standards and are scheduled efficiently.
-CRM Management:
-Use Lofty CRM to record all notes, activities, and lead updates in real time.
-Track weekly progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
-Follow-Up:
-Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and identify opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience in cold calling and appointment setting is preferred.
-Familiarity with real estate industry terms and processes is a plus.
-Ability to work independently, meet daily/weekly goals, and stay organized.
-Proficiency in using a CRM and dialer systems.
