Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Cold Caller

We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into qualified appointments for our real estate agents. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, including homeowners, buyers, and sellers, to generate leads.
• Follow up with warm leads, nurture relationships, and schedule appointments for real estate agents.
• Utilize scripts and talking points to effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Qualify leads by identifying their needs, motivations, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and successful conversions.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate ISA, cold caller, or in a similar sales or telemarketing role.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and lead qualification processes.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate lead management software.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with real estate agents or brokerages.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and local markets.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
