We’re looking for a motivated Full-Time ISA to help drive our business and connect potential clients with our expert agents.
We are looking for someone who is prepared to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will qualify leads, nurture relationships, and set appointments for our sales team. Your primary goal is to convert inquiries into warm, engaged prospects by using strong communication to convey our value proposition and maintain nurturing relationships through our CRMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification & Management:
- Follow up on inbound leads via phone,
- Qualify prospects based on their needs and readiness to buy or sell.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule meetings between prospects and our real estate agents.
- Ensure a smooth transition of leads to our sales team.
- Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- CRM Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM regularly.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to team reporting.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Provide feedback to improve the quality of leads and overall process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service. Real estate experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong telephone presence and ability to make a strong first impression and build rapport quickly.
- Proficient with CRM software
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
