JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Virtual Position

Working Hours: 5 days a week, aligned with U.S. business hours

Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives

As we expand, we seek a dedicated and proactive Virtual Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing leads, setting appointments, and supporting our sales agents to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold and warm calling, emails, and other communication channels to generate new leads.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our real estate agents, ensuring calendars are efficiently managed.

Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with our target client profile.

Lead Nurturing: Maintain regular follow-up with leads, providing relevant information and addressing inquiries to keep them engaged.

Database Management: Update and manage the CRM(Lofty & or Boldtrail) with accurate and detailed information on leads and client interactions.

Market Research: Conduct research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the real estate industry, preferably with experience in the U.S. market.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to learning new tools and techniques.

Requirements:

Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet connection, a computer with up-to-date software, and a quiet workspace.

Availability: Willingness to work during U.S. business hours and flexibility to adjust as needed.

Performance: Ability to meet and exceed set targets and KPIs.
