Primary Responsibilities:
Cold Calling:
Contact seller leads daily to initiate conversations, build rapport, and qualify prospects.
Promptly handle new incoming leads from the provided lead sources.
Appointment Setting:
Successfully book appointments with motivated sellers for real estate agents.
Ensure appointments meet quality standards and are scheduled efficiently.
CRM Management:
Use Lofty CRM to record all notes, activities, and lead updates in real-time.
Track weekly progress to ensure transparency and accountability.
Follow-Up:
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and identify opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in cold calling and appointment setting is preferred.
Familiarity with real estate industry terms and processes is a plus.
Ability to work independently, meet daily/weekly goals, and stay organized.
Proficiency in using a CRM and dialer systems.
