Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales or lead generation, strong communication skills, and the ability to speak clear, fluent English with minimal accent. This role is essential for managing client interactions, converting leads into appointments, and supporting the growth of our real estate business.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and leads from our CRM and other lead sources.
Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries.
Nurture and follow up with leads consistently to build relationships and convert them into appointments.
Set qualified appointments for real estate agents on the team.
Manage and update lead information within the CRM system.
Provide detailed reports on lead progress and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with the team to refine scripts, strategies, and processes to maximize effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Experience Required: Minimum of 1-2 years as an ISA or similar role in the real estate industry.
Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with minimal accent.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, dialers, and other sales tools (e.g., Lofty, Espresso Agent, or similar platforms).
Driven Personality: Strong work ethic with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow-ups, and data effectively.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with agents and contribute to team goals.
Preferred:
Previous experience with lead sources such as Google PPC, Zillow, HomeLight, or Opcity.
Proven track record of converting leads into appointments and closed transactions.
