Real Estate Financial Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update cash flow models for multifamily/apartment investment opportunities throughout the United States
- Prepare market research and rental competitive analyses using 3rd party data providers and independent investigation
- Maintain active deal pipeline/database for the acquisitions team
- Assist in the preparation of memoranda detailing investment rationale, market and property performance, execution risks, and prospective returns
- Support the team with ad hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS
- Available to start immediately.
- With at least 2 years of experience in Finance-related roles;
- Outstanding quantitative and financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel;
- Comfortable navigating basic financial documents (in MS Excel) and manipulating data using basic MS Excel functions; functions include sum, average, sumif, averageif, index, match, combining 2-3 formulas, etc.
- Proficiency in English;
- Excellent time management and communication skills;
- Awareness and understanding of project goals and deadlines;
- Ability to develop and monitor specific plans;
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work individually or on a team;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple projects;
- Highly committed to the role.
- Willing to take an assessment as part of the recruitment process.

OTHERS
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 3:00 AM to 12:00 NN US Eastern Time
- Base pay: up to PHP 45,000
- Monthly allowances: PHP 5,000
- HMO, Insurance, Paid leaves after 3-month probationary period
