JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Client Support Coordinator to manage marketing initiatives and assist with client interactions for a commercial real estate professional. This role requires strong communication skills, an eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:

Marketing & Listings Management

Upload property listings to approximately 8 commercial real estate platforms (2-5 listings per week).
Create marketing flyers and offering memorandums using standardized templates with precise data input.
Design and post engaging social media content for personal and company profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Send 3-5 email marketing blasts per week using the provided contact lists.
Design custom property signs and coordinate with sign makers.
Arrange mailing campaigns, including letters and postcards.


Client Support & Coordination

Communicate with local Business Improvement Districts, chambers of commerce, and economic development councils to share marketing materials and listings.
Schedule client meetings using Google Calendar and send electronic invites.
Prepare and send property update/exposure reports upon request (3-5 times per month).
Generate and send invoices upon successful transactions.
Follow up with attorneys, clients, and other relevant parties based on scheduled check-ins.
Coordinate vendor scheduling for construction and property management tasks as needed.
Occasionally contact towns, utility companies, and other entities to verify property details.

Must-Have Unicorn Experience:

Experience in marketing, real estate, or administrative support preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and marketing platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) are a plus.
Comfortable with outreach and communication with external organizations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Time Commitment: Part-Time (20 hrs/week)
