About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Dispositions Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our off-market real estate deals to our network of investors. Your primary focus will be negotiating, marketing, and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with buyers.

This is a fast-paced, high-performance position. If you’re not confident in your sales ability, this is NOT for you. However, if you thrive in a results-driven environment, there is massive room for growth and earnings potential based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Market & Sell Off-Market Deals – Pitch investment properties to our buyer network via calls, texts, and emails.
Negotiate & Close Deals – Ensure deals are structured to maximize profitability while providing value to investors.
Manage Buyer Relations – Build and maintain relationships with active real estate investors and cash buyers.
Create & Send Property Listings – Market properties through email campaigns, social media, and online platforms.
Handle Contracts & Transaction Coordination – Work with title companies and buyers to ensure smooth closings.
Keep CRM & Database Updated – Maintain accurate records of all buyer interactions and deals.

? At least 2 years of experience in real estate wholesaling, dispositions, or real estate sales.
? Proven ability to close deals and negotiate with investors.
? Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
