Real Estate Disposition Sales Specialist | Build & Run Our Dispo Program
Description:
We’re hiring a Dispositions Specialist to build out our dispositions program—with the guidance our leadership. This role is ideal for someone who has wholesale experience, knows how to move sell properties fast, and can create the systems, processes, and buyer relationships that turn contracts into closings.
You’ll be responsible for marketing all properties, engaging with our buyers via phone and text, and creating clear policies and SOPs for how our disposition machine should run.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who understands how to move deals, and is excited about dispositions.

About the Company:
We are an established real estate investment company with years of experience in acquisitions, creative deal structures, and on-market sales. We operate primarily in North Carolina and have a strong deal flow.
Our acquisition pipeline is built and proven. Our systems for lead gen and contract acquisition are in place. Now, we’re looking to bring in a seasoned Dispo leader to take our back end to the next level.

What You’ll Do:
• Market each property via text, email, social media, and buyer platforms
• Engage with investor buyers to build rapport, share property details, and answer questions
• Maintain and grow a qualified buyer list segmented by market and buy box. (2000 buyers in the first three months)
• Create, refine, and document dispositions SOPs, policies, and workflows
• Evaluate ARVs, offers, and help maximize assignment fees through strategic pricing
• Monitor property interest and suggest pricing adjustments based on performance
• Communicate updates clearly with the team and maintain CRM accuracy

Ideal Candidate:
• 2+ years of wholesale or real estate Dispo experience
• Track record of successfully marketing and assigning properties to end buyers
• Experience building out dispo operations (flows, documents, systems, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Confident on the phone, text, and email with investors
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Facebook Groups, GHL, Excel/Sheets
• Fluent English speaker with strong availability during U.S. hours (mandatory)

• Hourly or commission-based hybrid (negotiable based on experience)
• Performance bonuses available
