About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Data & CRM Specialist to support our team with skip tracing, list pulling, data mining, and database management. This role is essential for keeping lead data clean, optimizing CRM operations, and improving outreach strategies. We'd love to hear from you if you have experience managing real estate data and CRMs.

Must-Have Experience:
> Skip Tracing – Research and verify property owner details
> List Pulling & Data Mining – Gather and organize property and lead lists
> Database Management – Maintain accurate and structured lead databases
> CRM Management – Update, organize, and optimize CRM workflows
> FollowUpBoss & REsimpli – Must be proficient in these CRMs for lead management and follow-ups

Nice-to-Have Skills:
-Email Marketing – Assist with lead nurturing campaigns
-Social Media Support – Manage or schedule real estate-related posts

Key Responsibilities:
-Pull and filter real estate lead lists from various data sources
-Conduct skip tracing to verify and enhance contact information
-Maintain and update CRM records (FollowUpBoss & REsimpli) for accuracy
-Organize databases to ensure seamless lead management
-Work with the team to improve lead generation processes
-(If applicable) Assist with email marketing and social media tasks

Requirements:
-Proven experience in skip tracing, list pulling, and CRM management
-Proficiency in FollowUpBoss & REsimpli (mandatory)
-Familiarity with real estate lead sources and databases
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-(Preferred) Experience in email marketing or social media management
