Real Estate Cold Calling

We are seeking a highly skilled and EXPERIENCED Commercial Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate must excel at handling objections, maintain a professional demeanor, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

American Accent: Fluent in English with an American accent (required); Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required
Experience: Minimum of 1 years in commercial real estate cold calling is a plus.
Technical Needs: Fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection.
Availability: Willing to work 8-10 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 7 PM EST).
Compensation: $600/month starting salary, plus commission on successful deals that we buy.
