What You’ll Be Doing:
• Call property owners from a provided list (script included)
• Ask qualifying questions to find out if they’re open to selling or partnering
• Take notes and submit daily reports or update our CRM
• Set call-back appointments or send leads to acquisition team
• Follow up with warm leads when needed

Requirements:
• Fluent or conversational English (must be confident on the phone)
• A quiet working environment + reliable internet
• Phone experience (telemarketing, cold calling, sales, or customer service)
• Able to work US hours (PST or EST)
• Organized, dependable, and consistent

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience calling for real estate
• Familiarity with Section 8 landlords or mobile home park owners
• CRM experience (Podio, Go High Level, etc.)
• Can work with dialers (Mojo, CallTools, etc.)

Pay & Schedule:
• PHP 180–250/hour depending on experience
• Bonuses available (up to PHP 1,000–3,000 per closed deal)
• 20–30 hours/week to start (with potential for full-time)
• Must be available during US daytime hours
