Key Responsibilities:
• Cold call homeowners to identify potential sellers
• Generate and qualify leads for off-market and expired listings
• Build and maintain a pipeline of motivated sellers
• Clearly communicate and engage with prospects in fluent, well-spoken English
• Work collaboratively to drive deals to closing

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven track record in real estate cold calling and lead generation
• Experience with skip tracing and list building is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections
