Real Estate Cold Caller-Join our dynamic wholesaling team!

We are seeking highly motivated and results driven real estate cold callers to join our wholesaling team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients through outbound calls, introduce our services and generate leads for our acquisitions team. Responsibilities include building rapport with prospects, qualifying leads and maintaining detailed records for our CRM system. Previous experience cold calling for wholesalers is preferred. Spanish speaking is a plus. Flexible Hours ranging from 10-40 hours a week. Opportunity for hour and salary increases based on performance. Open to discuss salary and hours. Will start off part time with potential to be full time. Days starting will be Mon & Wed and Saturday. Flexible on days and hours.
