Position Full Time Real Estate Cold Caller
Schedule Monday through Friday 8 hours per day US business hours
Compensation Competitive salary plus performance based bonuses

Requirements

Fluent English 10 out of 10 No strong accents must be clear and professional
Minimum 2 plus years experience cold calling in real estate Residential seller leads preferred
Proven success in lead generation handling objections and closing for appointments
Private quiet workspace No background noise or distractions
Reliable high speed internet and noise canceling headset
Ability to meet or exceed daily lead quotas
Excellent communication and rapport building skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and call tracking software
Self motivated and goal driven
What You Will Be Doing

Calling homeowners to gauge their interest in selling
Overcoming objections and qualifying leads
Scheduling appointments for acquisitions team
Updating CRM and call logs with lead details
Meeting daily weekly and monthly quotas
