Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our real estate wholesaling team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to homeowners, gauging their interest in selling their property, and scheduling appointments for our acquisitions team. If you are a strong communicator with an ability to connect with people, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to a list of potential sellers and property owners.
- Build rapport with homeowners and assess their interest in selling their property.
- Gather essential information about the property and the seller’s motivation.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the acquisitions team.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth handoff of leads.
- Stay informed about market trends and the company’s wholesaling strategy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to handle objections.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
- Experience using CRM software. Trello. (preferred but not required).
- Basic understanding of real estate wholesaling or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
