Real Estate Cold Caller

About the Role:
I am looking for a highly motivated and professional Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team! As a cold caller, your main responsibility will be reaching out to potential seller leads in the Australian real estate market. You’ll be responsible for making 20-30 calls per hour to engage, qualify, and set up appointments with sellers for further discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
Make 20-30 outbound calls per hour to Australian real estate seller leads
Engage in effective conversations to qualify leads and set appointments
Update and manage leads and notes in the CRM system
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up
Handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach

Requirements:
Experience with Real Estate Cold Calling
Excellent communication skills (fluent in English)
Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience is a plus
Ability to engage with Australian clients and understand their needs
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and meet goals
Comfortable using CRM software
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
