We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our investment team. This is a part-time, remote position with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with real estate investors, is familiar with industry terminology, and can consistently generate quality leads through outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Use our automated power dialer to make outbound calls to property owners 5 days per week
Identify and pre-qualify motivated seller leads based on specific investment criteria
Accurately document and update lead information in our CRM
Set appointments or gather key seller information for follow-up by the acquisitions team
Participate in 1–2 days of initial training to learn our specific acquisition strategies and call structure
Meet a daily performance goal of 2–3 qualified leads per shift to maintain active employment
Collaborate with the team to provide feedback and continuously improve scripts and strategies
Qualifications:
Required: Previous experience working with real estate investors
Strong understanding of investment-related terminology (e.g., ARV, cash offer, equity, comps)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
Access to reliable internet and a quiet work environment
