We are seeking an experienced high performing Real Estate Inside Sales Associate (ISA) who is driven, goal-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
This role is responsible for outbound lead generation, follow-up, nurturing, and appointment setting to support Rockstar’s real estate agents.
The ideal candidate is resilient, highly organized, and exceptional at building rapport over the phone.
They will be the first point of contact for many of our future clients, ensuring each lead is nurtured and engaged through consistent outreach, pleasantly persistent follow-up, and value-driven conversations that lead to high-quality appointments.
