Real Estate Cold Caller

About Us:
We are a fast-growing Airbnb arbitrage business looking for a confident and motivated cold caller to help us acquire new property leads. If you have excellent English communication skills, experience in sales or telemarketing, and love the challenge of closing deals, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
- Call potential property owners and landlords to introduce our Airbnb rental model
- Follow scripts and handle objections effectively
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups for our acquisition team
- Keep detailed notes in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with neutral or minimal accent
- Cold calling or sales experience (real estate experience is a plus)
- Confident, persistent, and able to handle rejections professionally
- Strong internet connection and quality headset for clear calls
- Familiarity with CRM software (Monday.com) is a plus
