Seeking an Experienced Real Estate Cold Caller

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced cold caller to join our team. Please apply only if you meet all of the following qualifications:

-Fluent, clear English: Strong, clear communication skills are essential.

-Proven real estate cold calling experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in real estate cold calling is required.

-Exceptional sales ability: You must have strong sales skills and confidence on the phone to engage and build rapport with potential leads.

-Ability to handle objections: Demonstrated expertise in overcoming objections and guiding conversations to uncover motivation and qualify leads.

-Real estate knowledge: Familiarity with common terms, processes, and seller pain points (e.g., probate, liens, foreclosure, distressed properties).

-Tech-savvy and organized: Must be proficient in navigating a CRM (Podio experience preferred), inputting lead information, and managing data efficiently.

-Detail-oriented: Accurately gather and record information about seller motivation and property details.

-Results-driven mindset: Proven ability to hit targets for lead generation and motivated seller qualification.
Technical Requirements

-A computer with CPU Core i5 or equivalent/better and 8GB of RAM (or higher).
-Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
-A computer that is very proficient and capable of handling CRM systems, VoIP calling software, and other essential tools without lag or interruption.

Job Requirements

-Availability to call 5 days a week, 6 hours per day.

-Confidence in your ability to hold meaningful, professional conversations and ask relevant real estate questions.
Ability to identify and qualify motivated seller leads with ease and accuracy.

-Must work US EST hours for optimal contact time.

Additional Expectations

-Reliability and professionalism: Adhere to scheduled hours without frequent interruptions. Punctuality and consistent performance are non-negotiable.

-Team player: Open to feedback, willing to improve, and aligned with the company’s goals and vision.

-Tool proficiency: Familiarity with VoIP systems, Podio, and other lead management software is preferred.
