Real Estate Cold Caller

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential property sellers and buyers.
Follow up on leads and build rapport with prospects.
Use provided scripts to qualify leads and gather information.
Maintain detailed records of conversations in CRM software.
Collaborate with the team to convert leads into deals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus).
