A key driver of our success is a highly efficient call center and a data-driven approach to lead generation. We are looking for a strong Operations Manager to oversee our call center while also managing data operations, pulling targeted lists, and optimizing lead flow for our clients.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Manager with deep experience in call center management, dialers, cold caller recruitment, and training—but also someone with a strong data analytics background.
This role requires a leader who can manage outbound lead generation while also extracting, analyzing, and delivering quality data to fuel marketing and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Call Center Operations:
- Manage and optimize a team of real estate cold callers handling outbound lead generation.
- Recruit, train, and oversee top-performing cold callers, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Implement performance tracking, quality assurance, and coaching programs to improve agent efficiency.
- Optimize dialer systems (Mojo, CallTools, ReadyMode, etc.) for list management and automation.
- Monitor KPIs such as call volume, response rates, lead-to-deal conversion, and agent performance.
- Ensure compliance with DNC regulations, TCPA laws, and best practices for outbound dialing.
- Data & Lead Management:
- Extract and pull targeted real estate data lists from our proprietary data platform for internal use and clients.
- Analyze data to identify high-quality leads, filter out low-value records, and refine targeting strategies.
- Work closely with acquisitions and marketing teams to ensure the right data is fueling outreach campaigns.
- Track data performance metrics, ensuring call lists are optimized for conversion.
- Assist in CRM data integration, segmentation, and automation to improve workflow efficiency.
- Identify trends in response rates, lead quality, and market opportunities through data insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing a high-volume real estate cold-calling operation.
- Expertise in dialer systems (Mojo, CallTools, ReadyMode, etc.) and CRM platforms (Podio, Salesforce, REsimpli).
- Ability to pull and analyze real estate data lists to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Strong understanding of data segmentation, skip tracing, and property records.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data reporting tools, and automation workflows.
- Experience in hiring, training, and coaching cold callers for performance improvement.
- Leadership & team-building skills—able to manage and motivate a remote team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology, title issues, and lead generation processes.
