Real Estate CRM & Marketing Automation Expert (kvCORE, Sisu, Flodesk, Google Ads,
Job Description:
We are a growing real estate team looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to help set up and optimize our lead generation, tracking, and follow-up systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in kvCORE, Sisu, Google Ads,
Key Responsibilities:
1. kvCORE Setup & Optimization:
* Set up kvCORE account with branding, team details, and system configurations.
* Create landing pages, web forms, and lead capture funnels in kvCORE.
* Set up smart campaigns (automated
* Set up lead sources, tags, and lead routing to ensure proper lead management.
* Set up drip
2. Sisu Integration & Reporting:
* Integrate kvCORE with Sisu to track agent performance and lead conversions.
* Set up KPI tracking (leads generated, deals closed, sales volume, etc.) in Sisu.
* Create weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for agent performance.
* Monitor ROI on lead sources and optimize based on results.
3. Google Ads &
* Set up Google Ads campaigns for lead generation (using targeted keywords).
* Create and manage
* Track conversion rates for ads and adjust targeting to improve Cost Per Lead (CPL).
* Set up Google Analytics for ad tracking and integrate it with kvCORE to monitor the performance of campaigns.
4. Lead Nurturing & Conversion:
* Design and implement lead nurturing strategies to convert leads into appointments and clients.
* Create
* Set up automatic responses for incoming leads and guide them through the lead nurturing process.
5. Workflow Automation:
* Automate task reminders and follow-up tasks for both you and agents in the CRM.
* Set up agent alerts to ensure timely responses to hot leads.
Skills Required:
* Expert knowledge of kvCORE (including smart campaigns, lead capture, and workflows).
* Experience with Sisu for tracking sales and agent performance.
* Proficient in Google Ads and
* Familiarity with CRM systems, automation tools, and
* Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and sales funnels.
* Google Analytics experience for tracking ROI on campaigns and ads.
* Excellent communication skills for clear setup, training, and ongoing collaboration.
Preferred Experience:
* Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required.
* Proven track record of setting up lead automation systems and CRM integrations.
* Experience in setting up Google Ads and
* Project management skills and experience working with real estate teams.
