We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Business Development Specialist and Transaction Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual who can manage the entire real estate transaction process while also driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Transaction Coordination:
• Oversee the entire real estate transaction process from initial contact to closing.
• Prepare and present offers on land, negotiating terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and financial transactions.
• Manage all necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate, business development, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficiency with real estate software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
