Job Title: Real Estate Assistant

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Assistant to support our REALTOR and leadership team. As a fast-growing company, we are looking for someone who can be a jack of all trades, ready to tackle a variety of tasks and challenges. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate team and providing top-notch support to our executives. The Executive Assistant will also take on responsibilities related to Transaction Coordination, Client Care Coordination, and Marketing Coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the REALTOR and leadership team.
Communication: Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and act as a liaison between clients, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and external partners.
Document Management: Prepare, review, and organize documents, contracts, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Transaction Coordination: Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all paperwork is complete, deadlines are met, and all parties are informed of the transaction status.
Client Care Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the transaction process.
Marketing Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, creating promotional materials, and tracking marketing performance metrics.
Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing projects and events, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
Research and Reporting: Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask efficiently and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
Experience in transaction coordination, client care, or marketing is a plus.

Role will start as a Part-Time employee and as we see needed for ours will move into full time, most likely it will only take a few months if that at all.
