We're Hiring Part-Time Outbound Cold Callers!

Join our dynamic, small real estate team dedicated to helping people sell their homes in the Pacific Northwest (Portland, Oregon, USA). About the role:
We are a small but mighty real estate team looking for long-term team members who will work closely with me and the rest of our crew. Working with us offers the opportunity to grow your skill set while earning more as your success grows. This role is primarily focused on initiating contact with homeowners and real estate investors to open up conversations about the potential sale of their properties. You'll be responsible for building rapport, understanding their needs, and gauging interest in selling, all while establishing a foundation for further discussions and potential partnerships. Your efforts will help lay the groundwork for future business opportunities in the real estate market.

What we are looking for:
- Strong conversational English skills
- Availability to work between 10 AM - 3 PM PST (with a start time of 10 AM daily)
- Initially part-time (4 hours per day) with potential to increase
- No real estate experience required — we’ll train you
- Experience with WhatsApp and FollowUpBoss preferred but not required
- A positive, fun attitude and the ability to connect with others
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
- Must enjoy talking to people
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps
- Minimal background noise; noise-canceling headphones required if there’s significant noise

Compensation:
- Weekly payments via Wise
- Starting hourly rate: $4/hr (bonuses are where you can earn the most)
- Hourly rate increases as you meet goals
