Join our dynamic, small real estate team dedicated to helping people sell their homes in the Pacific Northwest (Portland, Oregon, USA). If you're friendly, enthusiastic, and have great conversational English, we'd love for you to be a part of our team. About the role:
We are a small but mighty real estate team looking for long-term tea
What we are looking for:
- Strong conversational English skills
- Availability to work between 10 AM - 3 PM PST (with a start time of 10 AM daily)
- Initially part-time (4 hours per day) with potential to increase
- No real estate experience required — we’ll train you
- Experience with WhatsApp and FollowUpBoss preferred but not required
- A positive, fun attitude and the ability to connect with others
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
- Must enjoy talking to people
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps
- Minimal background noise; noise-canceling headphones required if there’s significant noise

Compensation:
- Weekly payments via Wise
- Starting hourly rate: $4/hr (bonuses are where you can earn the most)
- Hourly rate increases as you meet goals
