WE ARE HIRING __________________________________________________________________

We am looking for a Part-time Real Estate Agent Assistant

You will perform a variety of tasks depending on the objectives/priorities and training will be provided

This is a Part time position, with potential for more hours in the future.
Monday-Friday 20 Hours a week between the hours of 10am-2pm Pacific Standard Time (US)
We will start with a 1 month paid onboarding ramp up period @ 10 hours a week with weekly pay and then 20 hours a week starting from the 2nd month onward. Additional opportunities for hours can be discussed and added as we grow and or needs for special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? 1-2 years+ experience in the real estate industry or marketing industry is REQUIRED
? Bachelors Degree or associates degree is preferred
? Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
? Knowledge in client hospitality phone skills or cold calling or is a PLUS
? Reliable Computer and high speed internet REQUIRED
? Skills in any of the following applications are a PLUS: Trello, Canva ChatGPT, Google Calendar, AI Transcribing for Zoom meetings, Google sheets/docs, Photoshop, Follow Up Boss, Zapier, Homebot, Ylopo, CloudCMA, CapCut, or other Video Editing software, Mailbox Power, Slack, Client Giant

Compensation: $7.00 an hour + performance bonus for social media and marketing/lead generation

TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:
? Uploading listings on MLS (Multiple Listing Service CRMLS)
? Managing social media pages (Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Linkedin), TikTok)
? Managing Website Blogs
? Managing website SEO
? Editing videos
? Editing images for Social Media and Flyers
? Creating lead magnet funnels on social media with ManyChat and our CRM
? General administrative help
? Gather client Reviews through the transaction process with text and email outreach
? Learn transaction coordination from our current full time TC to help at times
? Manage communications with clients during transactions
? Manage marketing of properties we have for sale
? Manage CRM (customer relation management system- FollowupBoss)
? Send outreach follow up email/texts to the database (templates will be provided) to re-engage leads in their home search
? Schedule Appointments for Agents and Clients in Follow Up Boss CRM for in person tours & zoom consultations
? Social media ads - Instagram/facebook
? Send home valuations for leads on a semi annual basis
? Manage Greeting card mail sends & Marketing Flyer campaign sends virtually from Mailbox Power Application
? Maintaining and Managing Vendor list - Performing Online Research to gather quality local Vendors
? Researching Online local community events and organizations for team to get involved for business opportunities.

About the team:
We are a growing Real estate group, and family business located in Los Angeles, California. Our group “Abode Realty Group” at Luxury Collective real estate brokerage. We are top 25 agents out of 300 agents at the Luxury Collective brokerage, we helped 34 families secure homes last year, and we are looking to grow that to 50+ families served this year of 2025. We are looking for someone to grow with long-term, help create standard operating procedures handbooks, assist with communications, and to support our back end administrative duties and help grow the social media and online presence within our community by assisting with content and posting regularly.

• Can you describe your experience in the real estate or marketing industry? How many years have you worked in each?
• Have you ever uploaded listings on an MLS platform like CRMLS? If so, walk me through the process.
• Can you share your experience managing social media pages for a business? Which platforms did you manage, and what strategies did you use to grow engagement?
2. Technical Skills & Tools:
• Which of the following tools are you experienced with: Canva, Trello, Google Calendar, Photoshop, Follow Up Boss, Zapier, CapCut, CloudCMA, or any other CRM tools?
• Have you created or managed social media ads on Instagram or Facebook? Can you walk me through how you set up and targeted an ad campaign?
• How comfortable are you with editing videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok?



3. Communication & Organization:
• How would you handle a situation where a client is upset because they haven’t received updates on their transaction?
• How do you stay organized when managing multiple tasks like social media scheduling, client communication, and listing uploads?

4. Problem-Solving:
• Tell me about one of the most challenging problems you’ve encountered in a past role and how you resolved it.
• If you noticed a mistake in a property listing you uploaded but it was already live, how would you handle it?
5. Adaptability & Learning:
• This role requires learning new tools and following video tutorials. How comfortable are you with self-paced learning and applying new skills quickly?
• How would you prioritize tasks if multiple agents need your help at the same time?
6. Availability & Work Environment:
• Are you comfortable working 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Wednesday–Sunday)?
• Do you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for Zoom meetings?
