Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Acquisition: Partner with local agencies, negotiate commission splits, and secure direct listings (Target: 8-10 new listings per month).
- Villa Management Contracts: Convert 15% of inquiries, offer personalized ROI audits, and pitch revenue optimization packages using our 22% ROI case study.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with concierge services, yacht charters, and legal advisors, establishing a referral network with a 20% commission structure.
- Client Relations: Conduct virtual property tours, coordinate viewings, and handle objections related to Thai property laws.
