Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in the acquisition of off-market properties by building relationships with motivated sellers and signing and negotiating purchase agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Contact and follow up with warm leads provided by the cold-calling team.
Seller Relations: Build rapport with sellers to understand their needs and motivations.
Negotiations: Analyze property values and negotiate purchase prices to meet company profit margins.
CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions, property details, and updates in the CRM system.
Property Analysis: Conduct preliminary market research and evaluate potential deals using tools like Zillow, Propwire, Redfin, or similar.
Agreement Management: Use Dochub to prepare, send, and manage agreements for electronic signatures.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Dispositions Manager and other tea
Qualifications:
C2 English Score
Experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or acquisitions (preferred but not required).
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze market data and property values.
Proficient in using CRM software and online tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Work Hours:
Full-time position
Flexible schedule to align with U.S. Eastern time zones.
