We are a growing wholesale land investing company working in Texas. We specialize in buying and selling vacant lots and homes to builders and investors. We're looking for a smart, motivated VA to help with seller outreach and building our buyers list.

Job Responsibilities
Acquisitions (Seller Outreach & Offers)
• Call and follow up with motivated sellers who respond to our texting campaigns
• Negotiate deals and make verbal/written offers based on property value
• Research land values using PropStream, Zillow, Redfin, Google, and other tools
• Update CRM with seller details, offers, and follow-up notes
• Send contracts via DocuSign and track agreements

Dispositions (Selling Deals & Finding Buyers)
• Build and maintain a buyers list of builders and land investors
• Use Zillow, Redfin, Google, MLS data, Facebook Groups, and other methods to find new buyers
• Market our deals on Facebook, Craigslist, investor groups, and email blasts
• Call, text, and email buyers to qualify their buying criteria and send them deals
• Negotiate with buyers to sell land quickly

Who We're Looking For
• Must speak fluent English with a neutral or minimal accent (you will be on the phone)
• Real estate experience required, preferably in wholesaling, acquisitions, or dispositions
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with confidence in talking to sellers and buyers
• Experience using PropStream and Zillow (or willing to learn quickly)
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to track records in Google Sheets/CRM
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work without constant supervision

Pay & Bonuses
• Base Pay: $4–$6/hour (depending on experience)
• Performance Bonus: $200–$500 per closed deal
