• Experienced Closers Only: You’ve closed vacant land deals, negotiated with sellers, and know how to make offers that close fast. You’ve worked with tools like GHL and understand vacant land comps and negotiation strategies.
• Real Sales Hunger: You thrive in a high-performance, results-driven environment. Your focus is on maximizing commissions, not just meeting quotas.
• Self-Sufficient & Confident: You don’t need to be micromanaged. You take ownership of your leads, your closing rate, and your income. You’re the type who thrives with unlimited leads and no cold calling.
• Clear Track Record: You have at least 3 years of proven success in real estate acquisitions and know how to handle rejection, negotiate, and close deals under pressure.
• CRM Mastery: You’ve used tools like GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs to manage leads, track progress, and stay organized.
• Lead Manager Oversight: You’ll have an appointment setter under you. If you have management experience, great. If not, your ability to work closely with your assistant to drive performance is critical.

Key Responsibilities:
• Close Deals, Fast: Take qualified leads and convert them into closed transactions.
• Work with Your Lead Manager: Collaborate to ensure the best leads are pushed to you.
• Negotiate & Analyze: Use your expertise in vacant land comps and negotiation to make offers that stick.
• Track Leads in GHL: Keep accurate records and work efficiently with our CRM to manage your leads.
• Hit Your Targets: Your compensation is tied to your success. If you close, you win big.
