We are looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Acquisition Manager who excels at comparing property values (comps) and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone experienced in evaluating land opportunities and negotiating profitable transactions.

Job Summary
We need a detail-oriented and results-driven professional who can analyze market trends, conduct property evaluations, and negotiate acquisitions. You should have a strong understanding of comps, market research, and deal structuring to secure profitable vacant land investments.

What You'll Do
Conduct comparative market analysis (comps) to determine property values.
Research and evaluate vacant land deals for investment potential.
Negotiate and close real estate transactions with sellers and buyers.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and agents.
Analyze market trends, zoning laws, and investment risks.
Manage and track leads using CRM tools.(Pebble CRM)
Work independently to identify and secure profitable land deals.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, specifically vacant land.
Strong understanding of comps, market analysis, and property valuations.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in wholesale real estate, land acquisitions, or investment properties.
Knowledge of zoning laws, land entitlements, and real estate contracts.
Previous experience working with real estate investors or developers.
