Real Estate Accountant VA

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional who wants to make extra money on the side.

Who we are looking for:
- At least 3 years professional experience in accounting and assisting CPA to do company tax filing, included bookkeeping, balance sheet, P&L sheet, etc.
- Organized and attention to details
- Familiar with US real estate accounting

Here are the main assignments as an example:
- General bookkeeping
- Organize and record associated documents for each transaction
- Keep the company financial sheet updated
- Prepare requested documents for a CPA to do company tax filing

Pay:
- $5/hr, 1hr/day, 7hr/wk
- You can work whenever you are available over the week.
- Bonus based on your performance
